Payment details and terms of service
- Payment can only be accepted through Paypal invoice. DeviantArt points are not acceptable.
- All payments must be complete before rendering can begin.
- The artist will work with descriptions if the client doesn't have a reference of their character(s) only for custom character designs or reference sheet commissions.
- The client will immediately present their desired pose, expression, or idea to the artist, if any. The client is encouraged to tell the artist what they're looking for in a commissioned piece before the artist has already shown a sketch. Besides in some specific cases, the artist will not present multiple thumbnail sketches.
- Progress images can be sent throughout the rendering process to fix any possible errors. After the sketch is sent and approved, progress images must be requested.
- The artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue a commission with reasoning. Full refunds will be given if the artist discontinues the commission.
- If the client cancels their commission during the sketching stage, they will be refunded by 80% of what they paid. Refunds will not be issued after the sketch has been approved.
- Refunds won't be given for adoptable character designs, though reselling is always allowed.
- Alterations that require a section of a commission to be redrawn will not be made once lining is complete. Colors and markings can always be altered however. (EXAMPLE: The artist will not change the hair style of a character after it's already lined).
- If the commissioned artwork is fully complete (client gives approval and the commission is archived from the queue), the artist will not make any further edits to that piece.
- The artist will not sell prints or any product to the public using a commissioned piece without permission, but may use it in a portfolio.
- The client may re-upload commissioned work to their own website or gallery, giving proper credit to the artist. If the client is blacklisted/blocked, this is revoked and they may not re-upload.
- By purchasing commissioned artwork, the client must understand and agree to the artist's Terms of Service.
